Mine did not arrive either. I would give them a call as when I did she said it wasn't on my order it wouldn't be coming. S
he put one in the post and I got it two days later
Always excellent customer service from Body Shop. You have to fill in your own name and birthday then put a piece of sellotape to stop it smudging.

I just registered with Quidco and bought something for the first time. Should I have got a free card for the Body Shop as I bought before the closing date or did it have to be a purchase from the Body Shop? Thanks for the help in advance.:beer:

CS replied to my email advising that even though I used the code, I hadn't actually put the LYB card in my basket so it hadn't been sent. They posted one out that day so its worth contacting them if you're still waiting.

My LYB card still hasn't arrived so I've just telephoned customer services and was told the same thing my account shows no card because I didn't add the card into my basket when placing my order even though after using the code it said that I had one. Customer service said they would send me one as a gesture of good will :j

i got this deal ages ago and its my birthday tomorrow so get to the free birthday gift do i have to go tomorrow or is there some time before & after? also is it a gift they just give you? or i choose to the value of £5 or can i pick higher priced item and pay the difference? sorry for being an idiot:o
