    Thanks for the posts on the LYB card. Mine had not arrived with my order either - so looks like it will follow on at some point this week. Will e-mail them if it does not arrive this week.

    I called customer service before reading this thread as my order had arrived with no card she it will be posted separatley in a few days .

    Am glad youve all emailed on here about not receiving the card as happened to me today. hopefully should follow in a few days then. Saves me a phone call - thanks! Its a bit misleading to put it on the packing slip though!!

    I also rang customer service as no card in parcel- they said it may take up to 14 days!!!

    My LYB card arrived today , 2 days after my order :j . Its my bday next week , the date of bday section is blank , do i fill that in myself or ask instore ??

    Mine wasn't showing on my packing slip or in my account but it did track with Quidco so not sure why. Has this happened to anybody else?

    I did not receive my card either. I have emailed customer services but have yet to hear from them.
