MBNA Charged Interest but it's 0% Help!

    They then may refund the interest charges. Whatever you do stay calm when speaking to them.

    From my own experience MBNA are definately the best cards to hold. I have been with them for 8 years now and always get great promotional offers.

    Just got off the phone to a nice bloke but he didn't refund the charges boo :( he did however reinstate the 0% offer so that's good news.

    I set up a DD also to avoid it happening again as suggested.

    Well done for getting a decent result, the interest you'll save at 0% will easily outweight the charge you had to pay.

    As others have said, excellent and numerous repeat offers from MBNA for many of us.
