I would be wary of an Estate Agent who doesn't know how to spell 'accommodation', though!0 -
Well, since that's put me in the mood to mock their grammar;
Mid Terraced = Mid-terraced
White Bathrrom Suite = White Bathroom Suite
Off Road Parking = Off-road parking
Double Glazed = Double-glazed
Wndow = Window
UPVC = uPVC
Three-piece suite in 'white' with tiling. - putting it in inverted commas makes it sound as though it's not really white..... but there ya go.0 -

Thank you googler :T There is a local removals company that has as their tagline (on all their vans etc): 'Quality' removals and storage! Makes me chuckle every time I see it, especially as we had the misfortune to use them in our last move but one and had a terrible experience. Total cowboys, never again - so-called 'quality' indeed! :T0 -
Well, i think its georgeous. Very well decorated, and the garden is lovely.!! I hope you sell soon!!!0

Blimey, I know this isn't helping the OP, but seriously can't believe that someone could buy all that house, with a big kitchen, big bedrooms, nicely done and well looked after / clean etc, for 90k. I'd be falling over myself. My starter home 2 bed rabbit hutch where both bedrooms are basically "en suite" as its all so crammed in, cost me 50% more in 2006!0

I think it looks really nice....a house like that where we are would be £150k+.
I really do not understand why people cannot look at a house and think what they could do with it to make it to their own taste. Why do sellers need to redecorate in white and beige? Have buyers no imagination?
My only comment would be that the kitchen is big enough for a proper dining table, so I would want one there, as the lounge is not really big enough for one, and I would not want to have to have the conservatory as the dining room.....could be very chilly in winter.
Breakfast bar with stools may look trendy, but is not really that comfortable. Much better with a proper table.0 -

Exactly what I was thinking - the 3rd bedroom is smaller than my "master" bedroom (although mine does have an ensuite which I couldn't live without).0 -
Amazing that it's still possible to buy a 3 bed house somewhere in the UK for £90k, a parking space costs twice that round my way.
The only negs for me were:
- artex on every ceiling, some buyers hate it with a passion!
- the purple room is a bit too purple for me.
That's it really. I don't see a lot wrong.0 -

That's what I thought too, a whole lot of house for 90K. I was thinking the opposite about a house I saw on here earlier in the week when someone was asking for views about which house to buy. IIRC the houses were in the £200K bracket and looked cheap and terrible in comparison to the OP's here. It is crazy how prices fluctuate the length and breadth of the country.If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -
