Vodafone Customer time to upgrade.. want an HTC BUT should I change to T-Mobile?

I'm currently a Vodafone customer (been with them for 6 years) whose line rental is £20/month but I keep going over my 100 texts and 100 free mins and my bills hit £30/month! It's now time to upgrade and ideally I'd like to pay around £20/month.... I just don't know whether to stay with Vodafone!

I was offered the Nokia C3 as an upgrade, but I want an HTC phone because I want to use my phone to primarily access emails on the go. I think min 300 mins & 300 texts would be enough per month... but what's really important to me is having unlimited internet.

1. Can anyone recommend a good deal for me with quidco cashback?
2. Can anyone point out the pros and cons of the HTC Desire HD vs the HTC Desire Z... I'm not sure how useful the qwerty keyboard will be! Is it very useful?

Thanks!

My boyfriend got the HTC Desire HD on Orange for £22p/m for 18 months, this includes 300mins, 500mb UK Data & wi-fi and (IIRC) 500 texts.

I personally don't like the Orange network or Vodafone, but it all depends which network works best for you :)

I've been with Orange for 4 years now & it's got to the point that their network coverage in my area is almost nil.

Just bought myself a Samsung Galaxy Ace (new out) £25 a month, unlimited texts, 300 mins, 500mb internet (unlimited wiFi etc) on Vodafone.

    £150 cashback via Quidco. :j

I can't get the cashback for Vodafone as I'm already a customer!

I'm quite keen on T-mobile's approach to unlimited browsing - I literally only want to read and send emails on the go as opposed to heavy downloading. I just don't know much about T-Mobile's signal strength in London.

I have switched over to T-Mobile from O2. The unlimited web is limited to 500mgs (fair use policy) for the month. The bonus, from what I gather with T-Mobile is that as they are now are joined with Orange with their masts, if a T-Mobile mast goes down, it picks up the Orange mast.

From what I understand, T-mobile doesn't restrict browsing if the 500MB limit has been reached e.g through accessing emails...?
