I had exactly the same issue! They did however reply once to me saying "they couldn't see any record of me ordering and could I check bank statements" so I did and responded and have had nothing back! This thread just reminded me I need to chase again!

A lot of people haven't received their issues 1 after they have reprinted them so I would definitely chase them up.

My friend hasn't received hers either and I bought an extra copy so she is having mine .

My partner and I subscribed to this and never received Issue 1 (back in March?). They still took the 99p payment, yet have no knowledge of this when we call. Their response to emails is shocking to say the least.
And when we do speak to them, they say a complimentary copy will go in the post but one never arrives...

Some people haven't received their cake slice, cake tin and scales too.

I really can't understand why they don't get enough stock.

I haven't received my scales either! What issue were they supposed to come with? I must get reading the magazines and then I wouldn't have to ask so many questions.

It depends on when you ordered your subscription, we got Cake tins and cake slice today (cake slice delayed from last month), scales due next month for us.

I subscribed from the beginning so I received my scales with this delivery of issues 8 & 9.
