you get them in each delivery i think keri i got a binder with the first three issues sent in one package to me, I should get the cake slice with issue 4 and 5 and then the storage cases with the next two then the scales in the next delivery as far as i am aware i should get 4 and 5 towards the end of the week i think.

But im sure on the website it says you get them free with the first 4 issues, meaning i've had 3 already so i should have 3 of the free gifts already but only have the binder? or have i read it wrong lol

Think its more the first four deliverys (we only get one a month and get 2 issues each time) so four months on and we will have all of our freebies :T

i took a subscription out a few weeks ago, I was two copy's short so e-mailed them they replayed the next day to say as they were back issues they would take a bit longer.
I had a email showing all the dates and costs over the next year.
Great or so I thought I checked my bank they took the £9.98 as stated on the 12th April then I noticed they had taken two payments of £7.98 both on the 15th of April? because of this I now have £30 bank charge as I had only left enough to cover my payments in the account.

I have so far sent 5 e-mails with no replays at all?
I have rang them twice but when ever I start to explain I get cut off doesn't happen when I ring anyone else.

    so beware

If you paid via direct debit, advise your bank the company has made an error with the direct debit, they should then refund the payments taken in error and your fees.

You can subscribe online and then get the free gifts and cancel when you have all the freebies!....It does say there are 60 issues but if you subscribe you can cancel when you like! Great idea!
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.

I took out a subscription to this magazine on Saturday 2nd April and as of yet I am still waiting on issues 1 to 3. The only issues I have received are issue 4 and 5. Is anyone else waiting on issues 1 to 3?

I thought like this too from what i read on their website and thought that i would only have to get the first 5 issues to get the free gifts, however i have had 5 issues and they come in 2's apart from the 1st issue (if i remember rightly) so you only get a free gift for every 2 issues. issues 2 and 3 come with the binder, 4 and 5 with the cake slice and im due the next 2 soon. So you paying nearly £40 for 6 cupcake cases, a brush and spatula, loaf tin, tart case, 2 small heart cases, what ever the next 2 gifts are then the other free gifts of a binder, cake slice, tins and scales. i will be cancelling my subscription lol.

I once made the mistake of subscribing to a parts magazine. I cancelled after a few issues and lo and behold, I suddeny received about eight issues with a couple of binders ( for which I was charged) before my subscription was cancelled. i think they even sent an 'are you sure' letter to eke it out a bit longer and get some extra issues out of me. Never again.

I ordered the 1st issue as a back issue online and never received it. I received a payment email taking my payment and the money has come out of my bank account but they are saying no payment has been received hence no binder sent out. I have emailed them and am still waiting a reply. I do not think they ever anticipated the overwhelming demand for the magazine!
