Fair FX Euro Card for TL??

So sorry to be thick but I can't get my head round this one & hoping there's someone who knows their travel currency stuff out there.

I've got a Fair FX Euro card which I used last year in France & was really chuffed with it. Far cheaper than withdrawing with the Santander Debit Card.

We're going to Turkey this Easter & I'm trying to suss if it would be cheaper to load up the Fair FX with Euro's before we go & use that to withdraw the TL or whether I'd be better off just withdrawing TL with my Debit Card??? I am right in thinking I'm losing out twice if I buy Euros & then withdraw TL with the Euros aren't I? I know there's probably a really easy way to work out which'd be best but I'm stumped

You will lose out twice if you put euros on your fairfx card and then use it to get TL in Turkey.

Two solutions:

your debit card

a fairfx card in sterling - ie the anywhere card

I'd suspect the latter is cheaper if it's a 'normal' debit card.
