3 contract phone - help please

Liability of payment is consumers, but being without a sim card for more than 2-3 days after stolen/lost/faulty becomes the networks liability of non-issue of sim card and subsequently denial of access to the 3 network service which is a T&C of the contract for 3 to provide, 3 have breached the contract T&C as a whole month is a unreasonable period without access to 3's network/services, I'd be asking for fee-free termination of remaining outstanding period including services & costs due over the minimum agreed contract period on them grounds alone.
