just spent the last 10mins talking to a muppet who simply repeated the notes to me
theyve over charged me on a couple of months (admitted by CS who said i would get a credit back) the credit due on my next bill is the sum total of 5.70 which barely covers the extra calls they charged me for this month
i barely use the phone now my DD will take out £25ish insted of the £17.50. have had to get them to send off another bill recalculation for last month even though they admitted that theyd over charged me a few weeks ago
the guys on the phone are in serious need of some maths skills!Yes Your Dukeiness0 -
hello ... i have had the same problem for last two months on my t-mobile flext account. i have been charged in excess of £100 quid on a £25 flext contract.
I am thinking on complaining now. Also, my-bill does not pull itemisation ..
has anybody complained to ofcom yet? what is the procedure?
please help ...
