So you need to chase them up if over 90 days,
You started the switch 'late Nov' but went on supply 6/12? That does not seem right, it's usually a minimum of a month.

No, don't need to chase them up, as I said I have received the £75 welcome bonus for electric switch.

Yes, the switch did go through very quickly, but it went rapidly downhill from then on!

Hopefully by now my account status should be correct, I will be able to confirm or otherwise when my leccy bill comes through very soon.

The "small print" says the £100 will be added to your first "bill".
    ie: after 3 months.

I have the bonus as a credit on my account.

Can only check my account by ringing them up as the online account is still not available. As yet no bill has been issued, so I am in credit by the £100 plus DDs paid.

Maybe it takes a little bit longer to get a resolution but it can't be quite as bad as listening to piped music and how we are important to them!

It's not easy being green... I ****ing hate song now after spending many hours in a queue to EDF Energy. At least British Gas answered the phone pretty sharpish.

I have £75 bonus on electricity and £25 bonus on gas showing on my bill. Quidco payment of £80 showing as 'received'.

Originally billed as standard, but this was changed when I forwarded emails back in December from customer service rep stating that I would be on Online V7 from day 1.

Cannot get online and have been informed likely to be August!
  • I received £75/£25 bonus on my first elec/gas bill. I transfer begin dec and received first bill in last two weeks. I also got £80.80 from topcashback (has already become payable) I too was put on standard tariff on my elec but one phone call sorted it all out and I am happy especially as tariff did not go up in recent price rises, and I am saving loads compared to my previous supplier.
Thanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.

Never thought I'd be happy to get my leccy bill!

Now I have I can see I'm on the correct tariff, had all my bonus's and Quidco payments, so all seems now OK.

Just wish I could get on-line to monitor my account.

Still, the e-mails and complaints seem to have at least some result!!
