On the goals issue, my friends are in a similar financial situation to myself so we all set a maximum limit to what we were allowed to spend on christmas presents (£10). So far I've come in under budget in all of them (hampers seem a popular theme this year ), just got one left to buy and thats for a male friend (we're actually related as well). Anyone got any ideas? Looked about on the other threads but haven't seen anything. If anyone has got any other goals/ideas/rants they have lets hear them please.
You could get 3 x £3 CD's in Fopp - if ther is one near you. They are currently doing a 5 DVD boxed set (with a free model of Gollum) of the Twin Towers for £8 - which seems a bargainWe all evolve - get on with it0

Yeah Ravespark has been renamed Irvine Royal for about 10 years or more now. The old Irvine Royal Academy building was knocked down some time ago and is now a private housing estate (Academy Gardens) and is also home to the newly built police station!0

Finally got to work and logged into Egg site only to find they are offering me a repayment holiday since its christmas (1, 2 or 3 months repayment break). Got my blood pressure up for nothing
Question is they are saying they'll freeze interest during my repayment break. Worth it? Let me know what you think or if any of you have used this service from them.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Yeah i would say it is worth it and focus on getting something else cleared off. Usually egg are fine and you can even double that up to 6 months at the frozen rate too.
depends how you feel though. Just means another few months till clear date

Last month OH didn't BACS his contribution in time and 3 bounced direct debits amounting to £57 attracted £90 charges? bloody chairman of the bank should wear a mask!:rotfl:Every Penny's a prisoner :T0
