I was a bit worried after reading this thread so I checked the back of the voucher that came in my four hour boxset from Halfords.
This voucher definately doesn't say anything about one voucher per customer. It says something like it is only valid if it states "Valid" on the front, is stamped and dated by the retailer and has a valid serial number. It is also valid for one year from the date of purchase. It says that vouchers becoming invalid if they are defaced or damaged (Apologies for the wording not being exactly right but I am typing this from memory)
I would have thought if it doesn't state anywhere on the voucher about it being one voucher per customer, how would you be expected to know this when buying them!!. Also if all the other conditions make it valid, surely they must be obliged to accept it. (Hopefully)
I never thought to check the one hour boxsets though - I just assumed they would be the same but will need to check them.
Edit : checked them last night and they have the same terms and conditions as the 4 hours ones, i.e. doesn't say anything about one voucher per person.0 -
Just thought I would let you know - I went along with my son when he went to use his vouchers today (just in case he had any hassle) and they took all of them no problem. These were the ones bought in Halfords about June time.
The only thing she did mention was that the Simulator Vouchers and the £1.50 off vouchers for future lesson hadn't been stamped but she said that wouldn't matter just to bring them in when he was going to use them and they would put them through too.
I remember at the time Halfords saying they only had to stamp the actual lessons vouchers so I am not sure who is right.0
