i have just gone in to my local BSM center to payin some of my bsm lesson vouchers and got asked how many lessons vuchers i had used they said that head office have has said that now a customer is allowed only one box set and then will have to pay for the rest of the lessons full price. Therefore people who have bought loads of these box sets might not be able to use them.
This rule includes all box sets ( Tesco, halfords, HSBC, BSM)
Luckly for me it they accept them this last time but i have no more so it won't effect me.
If you have lots of these vouchers i would pay them in before they will stop accepting them

Understand perfectly, and quite worrying for those that still have them. This could be a tricky one,and worth looking into the t &cs ,or contacting trading standards-consumer direct.Perhaps the Op could find the original post and add a note to it to help all those who have still got them.Do you have anything in the wording of the vouchers about acceptance. This doesnt seem fair,if they were bought in good faith. Was their an expiry date on them?0

See the original thread has now been locked-someone said the vouchers were valid for a year after you bought them (halfords anyway).Obviously someone needs to phone bsm and post the results, perhaps its one branch trying it on .I cant see this could be legal.0

I hope its not right as I have £150 worth of these which I bought as a Christmas Present for my mum.0

Me too!! I have bought boxes equal to fourteen hours of lessons for my sons birthday which is on Sunday. I think I will go with him when he tries to open an account.0

I have been reading the terms and contitions of a voucher i had left and it does say one voucher per customer therefore this could be why they were reluctant to take my vouchers. Therefore i don't think it will be one branch trying it on.
I would just pay in all you have asapSlimming world Journey 2 stone 9.5lb loss:T0 -
