Just to echo what has been said, and sorry its of little comfort...of three viable pregnancies (horrible expression I know) two I had spotting with (both carried to term) and one not (I'm 38 weeks now).
When I miscarried there was no sign, other than not really feeling pregnant. This is a hard thing to assess if you have never been pregnant before and are panicking.
Does she have pregnancy symptoms?
They can't see anything much on a scan this early, though they MIGHT be able to see a healthy colouration around the sac, they won't necessarily be able to see anything in it.Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0
