    Today I have:

    - checked my balances to work out how much I have for the rest of the month
    - drove the back way from work to avoid tempting M&S food hall....
    - ate a leftovers lunch
    - filled in a passport application and remembered to take into account the money for it (it's so expensive!!)
    - exercised
    - plotted baking :)

p.s. I'm very new to all this! Small steps is good for me ;)
    Savings target: £25000/£25000

    Hey.

I read somewhere that they actually think a bacteria in milk either aggrevates it or brings it on in the first place but then in the same article it said that the benefits of getting the calcium was better.

Today I havent done much as I'm still full of this cold and will do more packing later which should burn off the fever which means less heating!
