The chances of cancelling free of charge due to this are slim. I disagree
Your tariff wouldn't just "change" without anyone actioning it or you never had 600 minutes.
Do you know why it was changed or if it was ever the 600 minutes?
This is what I thought when it happened to me.
My tariff was altered 3 times, no-one owned up to having actioned it, but change it did.
o2 even went so far as to suggest I asked for it to be changed, but were unable to supply any evidence to back this up. I did not as I was more than happy with the tariff I had.
Had they at that point apologised and sorted everything then I would have stayed with o2. Didn't want compensation or a new phone or a different plan, just an apology.
None was ever forthcoming.0
