But surely the text says Free for a month? Am I missing something?0 -
I'm not sure how you can say that it is not free for a month without taking the offer up yourself - which presumable you haven't.0

Hopefully PKC will return and explain what they are on about, rather than assuming the lowest common denominator to the readers.
All I can assume is that PKC reads it as if you sign up this month then it is free this month and any subsequent months, where as wary and wise realises that nothing is free and the 1st month is at no extra charge :j0 -
Yes I took up the offer and yes I was charged. Basically they offer a month to try the service, then you cancel and not get charged..
3uk customer service claim that they never made such an offer yet its on both the sms promo and their planet 3 service..
This was a warning to others! I'll make note not to post such warning again... thanks for the feedback

Not at all.. Unless I've jumped from Feb to April
Txt arrived: 16/02/2011
Service added: 21/02/2011
My TV Account access will expire on 20/03/2011 @ 19:33
So unless the date of my bill on 04/02/2011 is really the 20/03/2011.. I have not made an error on my dates..0 -
Have you actually had the bill or are just looking at the charges to date on Three's website? The charges to date will show a cost but this will be offset by a credit for the same amount on your bill when it arrives.
Could it be that you are crying before you've been hurt?If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button
