    I agree with bengalknights comment re insurance solicitors v private solicitors. However, the challenge for you then is to find the right private Solicitor. Insurance appointed solicitors are on the whole specialised but they are very often time challenged, so it could be hit and miss if you instructed them.

    As for the liability aspect of your claim, a better description, a plan and photographs of the roundabout are really required to be able to offer an opinion.
