Hi
I don't know if anyone can help but I am having trouble claiming back money that Tiscali/Talk Talk have been taking out of my account for over 3 years! When I phone I get pushed from pillar to post and don't seem to get anywhere. I have spoken 4 times to the Bill after Cease Department to be told my claim will be escalated and I will receive my money plus compensation for phone calls, interest and hassle and that I will receive it in 30 days and when that 30 days has been up I have phoned YET AGAIN!!! And very conveniently they don't have a Complaints Department apparently!!!
Anyone out there with some advice?
Thanks

Two things: stopping the payments and getting the refund
On the first, I'm presuming this is via a continuous card authority e.g. taken from a debit/credit card
If it's a debit card take it up with your bank taking what you have in writing to the company concerned in with you and they should be able to put a stop to it - at least that's what I was told by the Halifax when something similar happened to me. Maybe give them a call first.
On the second, and if you don't have anything in writing with the company then start now - send them a claim for everything you're owed and why and give them a period to respond after which time you can then start to escalate it.0
