How to force my Orange phone to permanently stay on T-Mobile Signal

Hi guys,
I have a long term mobile phone contract with Orange & have been extremely satisfied with them over the years. Only recently have I moved into a new office & my mobile reception is really bad over here. It hovers between 1 bar & no reception, but most of the time is stuck at one bar. It won’t pick up the T-Mobile signal (which is really good) unless it completely loses the Orange signal. Is there any way that I can force it to permanently stay on the T-Mobile signal (atleast when I am at office) instead of leaving Orange & joining up with T-Mobile & effectively starting a new contract? My handset is a HTC Desire HD.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

You should find in your menu, under phone settings that there is a 'network/operator selection' section. At the moment, your phone will be set to automatically pick up your network but you can change this to manual, and then choose T-Mobile from the list rather than Orange.0
