    Got my voucher today but having a few problems cancelling - won't let me do it online and have left my number twice now to be called back. Finally got through to someone this morning only for him to say that his system wasn't working and I would need to call back later! Getting a bit stressed now as due on Friday :(

    i'd just keep trying to call them as and when you can, if worse comes to worse you could try the payment holiday thing, i think that just stops you getting dvds for a month and you don't pay anything that month, that might work as a stopgap til you can cancel fully

    usally if you can stay up late it will let you cancel online as no operators will be there.

    As we're already a customer of lovefilm they have sent me 2 free trials for 2 months each worh £38 to pass on to friends if anyone wants them :D
