I think they've treated you rather well actually as they probably weren't obliged to offer you anything whatsoever.

I didn't go into detail of how the guy was speaking to me, the 'lies' I was being told and treated rather badly - that was the upsetting bit of it... although I'm a low user been with orange quite a number of years now and have my son signed up - I just get upset by how little they value their customers.

The offer they gave me in the end is reasonable but I was on the phone for an hour and in tears by the end of it.
