How long do they usually take?? Been waiting 2hrs now.

    I thought it was normally instant? my new 02 phone last week was approved within seconds but I did go to an 02 shop.

    As long as they don't have a huge backlog of applications - As a general rule of thumb you hear back in a few hours but I would say 24 hours max to hear at least something.
