I haven't looked at this thread for a while - I'm terrifically impressed by the persistence of the members and the MP involved, they have kept at this for years! I gather there is also publicity stuff in the pipeline which is an excellent form of encouragement, public bodies do respond to public pressure.

I wasn't impressed by the excuse that it was too complicated to sort out as correspondence carried incorrect information - isn't that rather the point?

The MP wasnt impressed at all. He said if the BIS held it was too complicated for them they should refer to police and if too complex for the police then it should refer to the SFO. What the BIS have done is to make the decision as to persue criminality or not which is not within their brief. There is a process to go through and the BIS havent done it, but it will happen now.

What the MP is also after is for everyone to contact their MP. The directors and this situation is going to be debated in the houses of parliment via an adjournment debate and MP's of those affected will be asked if they wish to attend.

Yes we are working on more xposure and the BIS saying that it was too complex actually helps us out getting it out there because the fact people have stolen £8million pounds and the BIS have said why bother also reflects the problems with the BIS in dealing with cases like this. The question evryone is asking is "is this an isolated case or are there more like them where the BIS have failed to protect consumers against such fraud, by allowing these people to setup again and continue to defraud people out of their money"

Thanks Whitecrow we are still onto them and we will NEVER give up.

Been busy today writing to my MP Mark Pritchard, I have made it quite clear that after no support from the day i originally first wrote to him 22 months ago, being a constituant of his, he needs to support me and also consult Mr Paul Murphy MP to be able to truly understand the seriousness of what we deem to be FRAUD on a large scale. It seems that Mr Murphy is the only MP that is prepared to stand by his constituant, all the way, I praise you for all your effort Mr Murphy, its a shame others don't take a leaf out of your book and do what's right to fight for justice.
  • Got some more letters to go on here.

    Will email them to Fermi.

    Get ready for this chestnut.

The BIS didnt do anything to the directors as they thought is wasnt in the public interested.

    What a laugh!!

Good news is that it would appear now that at least Nottinghamshire and Gwent Police are investigating.

So to all people reading this go to your police force and speak to them. Get the letters off here and then all the police forces can link in and investigate together.

Then off to the SFO we shall go.

To the Directors reading this, getting worried yet, cos you should be.

Fermi I will email them over to you later today okay.
