Hi i have received an email...
I write further to the appointment of Stratford Hamilton and Nicholas Nicholson as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 22 August 2013 and attach a letter for your attention in this regard.
Does anyone know what this means and what im meant to do?

There are two pieces of information.
There is the proof of debt form which is how much money you are out of pocket by.
Then there is the proxy from.
You fill in your name and address and you vote accordingly.
The first question was whether you want a committee of creditors to be formed and if so it will be them that decides how much they are going to get paid. The committee of creditors also helps them with their investigations
The second question was that IF a committee of creditors doesnt get formed can they get paid on a time related basis.
I have voted for in both cases but i have put my name down for the committee of creditors
