No sign of getting better Mike,it's systemic lupus erythematosus and it seems to be affecting several of my organs with nasty results.

I can't see us ever getting any money back but I really don't see why tnobody appears intersted in stopping these crooks,it's all talk about cracking down and bringing to book and theyseem to do b u g g e r all.

Shane and i are still on the case, but with the amount of people that has been on here saying the things that they have said i would have thought more people would want to have come forward and allowed their story to be told.

Andrew from Cleardebt is helping as much as he can as he wants these people shutdown as well. It is difficult enough to keep this in the spotlight (its an old story apparently) but when it is only the usual people coming forward and their story been told enough.

As one programme told me they only wanted to show that it has effected more than two people (shane and me) if they had more they would have continued with the programme and now we would have seen the show and got some answers from those responsible as the show would have tracked them down and GOT an answer from them all and it wouldnt have been the usual BS that they have been saying upto now.

Still got loads on the go but REALLY need some more people prepared for their story to be told in conjunction with shanes and mine.

Case ongoing as they say.

Havent heard anything since from HJS or who the OR is going to be. Just seems to have gone really quiet in this regard.

Trying to get it raised again in parliment was going to get an adjournment debate setup but didnt have people coming forward contacting their MP's which meant wouldnt have had many there.

Really disappointing, would have thought that all the people affected and ripped off would have wanted to keep going, but the realisation that we wont get anything back appears to resigned people to starting again and thinking why bother.

Exactly the reason why these people have done it before, done it this time and be allowed for it to happen again.

Would have thought we OWED it to ourselves in chasing these people so at the least they could answer why they did it and get the authorities to investigate it.

Shane and I will be continuing in our pursit just wonder how many more we got wanting the same and prepared to back it up with action.

I need some alternative stories (other than shanes and mine) to get some TV shows off the ground and into filming and then onto TV.

I thought there was going to be an Offical reciever appointed, anyone heard who he or she is??

Nearly a Year and a Half on and The LOW LIFES are still getting away with it and HJS are still the biggest WASTE OF SPACE going, we'd have more chance of getting somewhere with the CHUCKLE BROTHERS.

So me thinks its time to make a stand........
