Hi all, I am looking at the stuff I recieved from HJS and have no idea what all the stuff on the Notice of conduct of business by correspondance actually means. I understand I am supposed to say if i am in favour or not for the stuff listed but don't actually know what it means. Anyone offer any advice?

Goes without saying a paper trail of everything you do or say is most important in these situations.

Things like SD delivery postal reciepts, as well as the hard copy you have, scan them to a file on your PC just in case the hard copy gets lost.

All common sence really so when ever you do something also think about how you are going to record it.

You all probably know this anyway, but it is worth a mention for those that dont so just think outside of the box and cover all avenues.

    Regards

    Mike,

My appolgise if I am teaching you all to suck eggs with the above post, but it is something that is often overlooked so thought it worth a wee mention.

I've sent over all I have but with little hope, but then as I've said before I am fortunate in that I DID prise money back from my account in 2009 as far as I can see my payments were only one month in arrears when the poo hit the fan.
I did have that £1400 I was waiting for from them which is gone forever but from what I've received from ClearDebt things seem reasonably up to date.
