When you speak to the solicitor have to ask him if he is interested in lauching a class action lawsuit.

Got to be some liability against SRW and some of the Baird family, might even be some comeback on his wife.

She was a director whom knew a loan for nearly £0.5 million was outstanding at the time he died and she didnt think that it needed settling when her husbands estate was wound up. She was certainly "a" if not "the only" benifactor, would be interesting to know whom the execitors of the will were.

Didnt they think that this bill should have been paid, as it was a personal loan.

You might want to bring that up when you speak to your solicitor too.

Someone wasnt doing their job correctly were they.

Now normally when someone dies and they have a loan surely a claim is put in against his estate. Wonder why in this case it wasnt.

It stinks a bit, you have a director Ms Baird whom knows her husband another director has a large loan (obviously as a director she would know, let alone being his wife) as it would be listed in the accounts, but curiously stays silent about its repayment and she seemly gets to gain by not saying anything as all of the remaining of his estate would pass to her unless the will said something else.

And thats not taking into account that they were not authorised to loan our money either to themselves or into other companies they had a vested interest in. This money should have gone to creditors, the 10% fee was only payable under contract when they fulfilled their promise to get you out of debt in the agreed timeframe, and that is an expressed term in the contract we signed.

The 10% is obviously now not payable to anyone whom has time to run as they DCM a contracted party cannot fulfill this contract term by the company ceasing trading, and to those whom are already past the agreed time, well 10% isnt payable under the same term as they have already breached an expressed contract term.

Just wondering if what was being shredded on the video was all our information.

Person didnt look like he had hand made shoes on or an armani suit!!

Shame the camera didnt pan we might have seen the flash cars and the stupidly expensive house that has been bought with our money!

They obviously didnt invest any money in some professional making the vidoe, just wondering if we bought the shredder, blow torch and the mower.

Come on Simon please tell!!

One thing they did get right tho, the music because we the ex DCM clients all got the same dream too.

Its about time the clowns outfit was sorted once and for all every minute of the day that we financially struggle, their probably out there enjoying themselves in one way or another.. There time will come....

Yep they probably were, but with it in the media, we can only hope they are getting some sleepless nights in.
