    I have to agree :o

    I'm following the advice you gave sumeet on her hijackthis thread.

    After running an updated malawarebytes full scan in normal mode I'll run hijackthis. If I post the log would you have a look at it for me please?

    Thanks
    Please post the logs in a NEW thread (You can post a link to it here though)

    Will do thanks. Microsoft security essentials just found 5 threats, I'll post those details as well.
    My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D

  • Hi, thanks I have been onto the Bank's Fraud Dept again this morning.

    I came off the phone from them feeling like I was the crook :mad: They say they cannot even look into this at the moment until the money has actually been taken from my account as it is just "forecasting" at the moment - could be a few days yet!! Great help that is to me who now has no money in her account, and is overdrawn! They wouldn't increase my OD either!

    I would never have paid money to anyone if the Mastercard Securecode screen had not appeared, again asking me for $19.95 which is about £12. Instead they took £64.24 which is around $103 and is a value that was not even mentioned on their web payment screen - a copy of which I have attached below;

    I tried to phone the company, but the number is in the US and I know it is a scam number as it just puts you straight onto hold music without even saying Hello, welcome to blah blah blah!!

    I have just spent 6 years waiting for my Credit Files to be cleared after I had to take out a Trust Deed in 2005. That finally happened last week, every old account that was included in the Trust Deed had finally expired from my account and I had a perfect credit file again......but now I might have had my bloody identity stolen by this shower of evil scum!! :mad:

    Am fuming!!

    If you look at the screenshot, it adds up to $99.90, 79.95+19.95
