Should I change my pictures?

Estate agent has taken pictures of my flat and I am not sure if they do it justice. What do others think? Outside picture looks really dull and it is only of a view from the flat and not of the flat itself. EA didnt put a picture up of the family bathroom which is really nice. And he left his paperwork on my dining room table which makes it look messy. Should I take my own or leave them as they are.
I cannot post links but if you put in postcode CF11 0AP into rightmove, mine is the one up for £139,950.
Maybe I shouldn't be complaining because the flat has only been for sale just over a month and tomorrow will be my 11th viewing.
Do you think I should paint my spare room another colour? EA said not to bother as most people will decorate to their own taste anyway but I worry that it makes the room look smaller than it really is but I dont want to make any unnecessary work if I dont have to.
Any comments would be helpful. Thanks

I would have decluttered before EA came around, i.e toys on bed and bathroom shelves, but equally it looks ok and lived in. The bright room wouldnt put me off, easily painted over if it is not to buyers taste.
with all those viewers, what is their prime reason for not making an offer? Is there any common theme?0 -

I would say yes - change the pictures. Get them to take them in daylight so it looks more cheerful.Don't Panic - and carry a towel

One person said the kitchen was too small, another didnt like that fact that there was no lift, another wanted a concierge service, one has said that the 2nd bedroom is too narrow. One person has put in an offer for £115,000 but that is too low.
There are a lot of flats for sale in this area, most around about the same price, but there is a lot of competition.0 -
If you do not think they are good enough get the agent to redo them. The ones the agent took of our house (the one we brought) were dreadful. In fact I cannot imagine how they could have taken such bad photos. We decided not to see the house because it looked so ugly but then after a while we had seen everything else so we thought we would take a look as we had nothing else to see. At that point we realised how awful and unrepresentative the photos were. It worked in our favour as we got to buy it but we swore we would make sure any agents we used to sell it in the future took decent photos.0

So clearly you are getting viewings then.
Personally there is nothing in the pictures that would put me off.
You say there are a lot of flats in the area around the same price. You have the answer there then - don't waste time getting new pics, make your price competitive. What have similar flats sold for recently - if any?0 -
Only thing that jumps out to me is that there seems to be a bedroom missing...
if it's IS 2 bedrooms show 2 rooms with beds in
If the green room is the second bedroom YES REPAINT IT and PUT A BED INDon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

As a photographer I am horrified at the c**p pictures on estate agents websites they are usually absolutely dreadful...0

If I had seen them in an estate agents I wouldn't have bothered enquiring any further, they look like what you see in hotel brouchers, a nice comfy sort of view, until you see the same room in daylight, I would have them taken again without the need of electric lights or lamps.0
