I know a few people that have done it, so much so they cannot return to the country.

But no, I wouldnt do it.

We have moved to Spain and various expats have discussed this very scenario!:eek:

Husband : said yes initially, then thought about it and changed his mind.

Me : No way, right from the start.

Other expats : Mainly a reluctant no.

However, at least ONE couple owned up to having done it to the tune of about £80k ....... :eek: :eek:

That's something I think I could go for - if I knew I was going to turn me toes up within the next year or so, I'd consider signing up.

BUT, since I signed up to the mailing preference service, I don't really get many credit card, loans etc junk mail, could always opt back in I suppose...
