emma, please don't worry about anything Tootsie posts, he's seems to find it amusing to pick on new posters or those who are at their lowest.

Anyone who has taken the time to properly read you post realises it's not a case of trying to get out of paying.

good luck to you and your husband, listen to the good advice and you will be ok :)
  • In The Main I Think Tootsie Opinions Are Ignored Faceless Judgemental A Bit To Good To Be True I Think
  • Actually I think you're both being overly sensitive - my comment was directed soley at Rog2 and no one else.

Which does NOT make your comment any less offensive to other posters. You seem to take great delight in personal attacks on ANYONE who does not share your bigotted opinion on the whole question of debt.
Since you are obviously of the opinion that everything that I say is totally wrong why on earth do you even bother to reply to any of my posts?
As you publicly stated, on this forum, in your opinion 'I and one other poster have got exactly what we deserved'. I question, therefore, your reason for posting on this forum at all - the majority of your posts contain what can be seen as either direct insults to the poster to whom you are replying, or a general swipe at anyone who has debt problems - in fact you seldom miss any opportunity to hammer home your opinion that only debtors should bear any responsibility for their situation.
Whilst I accept that any forum, that is set up specifically for people who find themselves confronting debt problems, will inevitably attract interest from trolls, such as yourself, please would you refrain from taking every opportunity to 'belittle' any genuine advice and support which I, or indeed others, offer to genuinely interested posters.
Tootsie Roll - of all the trolls who stalk this forum you are, indeed, the most vile and spiteful.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Nonsense - If as you state I was simply trolling this site then no-one would every thank me for the information I provide. You have no doubt heard the saying 'A little bit of knowledge is more dangerous than no knowledge at all' and this definately applies to you. You seem to have taken great issue over me correcting you in the past and this has led to the vitriol you regularly spout about me. My goal for correcting you is to ensure you don't advise people badly as you have done in the past - can any of us say we don't have anything left to learn ? I certainly can't.

So yes I acknowledge I have been less than pleasant about you and MSH in the past and you more so about me. I also have strong views about somethings particularly about bank charge re-claimers but my view is just as valid as yours or anyone else's and in addition I speak from the benefit of working in this environment for some time although not anymore. Please try to remember that.
  • Tootsie Roll and anyone else..

Please remember why we are here - please do not hijack peoples threads to have a go at others or pass judgement on what people have posted. If we do onot like what someone has written, as someone has already said here, then we plainly ignore it.

Don't argue on my thread which is irrelevant to our experience. THANK YOU!!

Dave and I are not at our lowest about this problem - something like this will not get us down. Althoug my 12k is a seperate problem for me.

Whatever anyones personal disagreements, lets not ruin peoples threads as things can get heated and the purpose of that thread lost.

PLease still post on my thread though but not for the reasons I gave above!

This is a respectful thread to ALL.

    Thank you and good afternoon!!!

The purpose of my original post was to correct incorrect information that had been posted on your thread and that was potentially misleading for you. It seems you have singled me out when it is plain to see that I am not the main offender !

Your original post was 'correcting information' as you put it given by another psoter - though as this is an open forum we cannot expect everyone to always be completely right in advise they give.

However, your first post also attached Rog2 directly about his morals - whilst we cannot like or respect everyone in this life we can all be polite, especially when we only have a small amount of information about someone.

Emma&Dave - I'm not an expert, but I don't think they can really pursue this debt. Keep a note of any phonecalls you receive from them, but if you refuse to answer the security questions they can't talk to you!

As I have mentioned elsewhere it works both ways - interesting that on the few occasions when I make a negative comment about someone I get jumped on by the multitude but rog2 is quite free to say what he likes about who he likes as often as he likes - double standards applying here I think !! Also very interesting that he hasn't been able to respond to my post No. 26 - he can dish it out but can't take it.
