    Dear Mr Bank Manager
    I can't afford to pay my debts and raise a deposit for a property. Could I please borrow [STRIKE]100%[/STRIKE] 125% for a mortgage and I promise to pay it back, even though I can't even afford a deposit. When I realise my stupidity and it all comes crushing down around me I would like you to take the blame and for me to get off scott free. After all it wasn't my fault you twisted my arm and made me take this extra burden on.
