I love chocolate, sspecially milk choc bar with fruit/raisins and nuts, but as they are sooooo sweet these days we are trying to buy 70% dark chocolate. Morrisons organic 70% is very good and BTW made in Germany!:j

Cadburys is not that sweet in my opinion.
Hotel Chocolat is amazing but I can't afford it to have it as a regular choice.
I also find Green and Blacks very expensive, usually over £2 a bar.
Lindt is also great but expensive.
I find Mars Bars/Snickers/Bounty the sweetest. Dairy Milk is very good, and probably what I buy most because of price and taste.

  • I agree about the Cadburys - I pinched some from my daughter the other night and it was really greasy tasting - mind you I haven't had any for a while. I find all Nestle chocolate too sweet too. I LOVE the stuff from Hotel Chocolat but it is too expensive to buy on a regular basis. At Christmas I bought some Thorntons chocolates and they were overly sweet too.

What kind of chocolate are you eating? I only really like dark chocolate, so it isn't as sweet or creamy as milk chocolate. If you don't mind a more bitter taste (and it's actually good for you!) you should go for a darker chocolate - like 70% cocoa. Delicious. Then again, I am a chocolate addict :)
