There's loads of options for you, do you need access to money or would you consider going for a fixed term ISA? If you need access, then it would appear that Halifax offering 3% and accepting transfers in, is the best rate for you.
However you can get up to 5% for a 5yr fixed rate ISA too, so it depends on your personal circumstances and thoughts as to whether interest rates will rise.
