Hi all I purchased a tomtom rider April 09, it was sent back and replaced November 2009 and again May 2010 as the charging dock on my motorbike became faulty, this is due to wear on 1 pin on the bank of contacts. It makes all the difference. You have no contract with the manufacturer, any recourse you may have is with the seller.
