I have just bought a package from currys. A Logik 32" HD LCD all black with freeview. A black glass stand and a dvd recorder and it came to £698. It has a fab picture and is dead easy to set up, looks really lovely. There are leaflets in store beside the package. :j0

Yep. Definitely take some time out to some dealers and chain stores. You really gotta see them side by side to start getting your own list. I was looking at a Philips next to a Samsung. Both looked quite nice stood straight in front. The Philips looked all blue once I stood at an angle to it. The Samsung had a better viewing angle. Thats just one example.
Once you got a handful you fancy, check out the owner comments on avforums.co.uk to downselect your list.
And let us know what you go for!!!*************************
