    Morning all

Thanks to Pixie for starting us off. I hope the hospital appointment goes OK.

Hope everyone had a good weekend?

    Today I will:
    Check bank balances
    Check surveys
Charge mobile and ipod at work
    Homemade lunch
Keep an eye on my Ebay listings, a few watchers no bidders . . .
    Go to yoga (Om)
Dinner from store cupboard - probably broccoli pesto pasta

    Have a good day.

    xx

    Hi,

    Here goes for one day:
    • 1. Croissant - got it from other shop - 12p cheaper
    • 2. Free cuppa x 2 or 3 - 'tis gonna be one of those days
    • 3. Soup for lunch; bread from home
    • 4. Leftovers for tea - OH made a fab roast dinner last night instead of getting take away :T
    • 5. Suggested £5 each for bouquet for colleague…please don't let it cost more :o
    • 6. Keeping an eye on groupon - looking for restaurant deal for bday and hairdressers
    • 7. Check onepoll - but boo, have forgotten password so need to wait until I get home :(
    • 8. Admire new tea cosy; changed avvy in celebration ;)
    • 9. Brought kindle to work - hopefully read at lunchtime
    • 10. Trying to make foundation last another month - can buy more with bday money then :)
    • 11. Sent email for voluntary work - saved a stamp
    • 12. Yoga at home - use free code for online studio
Perni - from yesterday - for me yoga is strange in that I never really notice the benefits when I'm doing it regularly, but I really notice when I don't do it. If I miss a couple of weeks of classes I won't be able to do postures that I could do a couple of weeks before and my body will ache for a day or two after the class. Tonight I'm going to try the video they put on at Christmas (not the one that the men are doing outside but the other one). Think it's called something about weightloss. That's the one I watched the other night and looked quite good. OH is out tonight so perfect excuse ;) I find I only do it when he's out too.

Pixie - fingers crossed for you at hospital. Enjoy your roast tonight! :D It's amazing the effect milk can have on you. I totally believe it, even if the docs are skeptical ;)

I noticed that yesterday; it looks amazing. It's a shame you have to give it away as a present. You might need to get the needles out again!!

Oh stitchy - I'm bad - have decided to keep it for myself :o:p I had to try it on my teapot as I was sewing it up so I knew where to leave the holes and then it just kinda stayed there... And it took me way longer than I was expecting to knit it and sewing it up took for ever (mattress stitch on a curvey thing wasn't fun!) so I really don't think I'll ever do another. Also, then I thought how sad I'd be if I gave it away and it wasn't appreciated and it ended up in a charity bag... And then I had convinced myself enough just to keep it... :rotfl:
