What does Quasi- semi detached mean?

I think it'll be one of those "4 houses in a square" types, where you have two outside walls on a corner - and the other 3 houses have the same, so you're joined to two different neighbours. You're all in a square.
It probably also has regional variations, so the term will mean slightly differnt things across the country.0 -
When I've heard the term "quasi-semi" before, it has simply meant an end-of-terrace.0
-
It's a half excited hunch-back!!
I think it's an end terrace which in effect resembles a semi-detached.0 -
Terraced.
And I'll say it again, just to get the right amount of characters...

My father-in-law lives in a link-detached; you should have seen his face when I called it a semi.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

Quasi-Semi could mean that the EA got just a little turned on at the sight of the property.0

If the OP could post an RM link we could see for ourselves...0

Jeez. It basically means it's not a semi-detached property. LOL.
It's EA BS to big up the property.Everyone is entitled to my opinion!0 -
Perhaps it's like mine... looks like a semi from the front as only attached on the left, but actually is also attached at the back too! We're a block of four houses with one on each corner, if that makes sense.saving up another deposit as we've lost all our equity.
We're 29% of the way there...0 -

I'd have called it a terrace!
My house is technically detached but I think estate agents would feel they were stretching things actually calling it that. There's a one inch gap on one side and a four inch gap on the other!RICHARD WEBSTER
As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.0
