Contact for dial a phone?

I'm trying to find a email address for dial a phone but in there contact us section it only allows you to sign in, and as of yet I don't have an account.
My problem is I'm trying to purchase a contract from them, but they don't have my address in their system. And no type in your own facility.

The email address is cc@dialaphone.com, I emailed them last week I never got a response but my problem has been resolved.
