What are the regulatory guidelines for nextworks unlocking phones?
What are the industry regulations for networks unlocking phones? Are there any obligations for them to do it free of charge due to phone blocking being a barrier to competition? Only I just managed to get my tesco phone unlocked for free by tesco providing that the phone has been credited with at least £30 since it was first registered, which i did'nt think was too bad. Are other networks obliged to do a similar things?
