Seafarers - what a beautiful day for a wedding! Hope your day is everything you want it to be and more.

I've had a cortizone injection on my knee today. I've been struggling with IT Band friction Syndrome which has reduced my moonwalk training to nothing since the end of January. The jab was blinking painful and I have been sat on the sofa kitchen with my leg up since we got back home. Hopefully this will sort out my pain and allow me to start training again. I have to visit a sports physiotherapist and do exercises but it's a small price to pay. My op is a month away now and I have to be able to walk as I won't be able to drive again.

DH and DS1 2 and 3 have gone to Orient. There is a much more important match taking place at 5.15 namely Man U v Arsenal. If they draw then the match next weekend is pushed aside and it's the match I'm taking DH to for his birthday. DH told me this last night and it gave me a sleepless night worrying about it. It's so pointless me worrying as I can't do anything to affect the result. What alot of potential sleep wasted:o. What's the point of going to Manchester if there is no game to watch???? I can't rearrange the train tickets or the hotel and I'm not going to thrown all that money down the drain.

    Evening all.

It's been a lovely mild sunny day and I got some bark chippings and did the borders in the back garden and half the one in the front. DH washed the car! Dried two loads of washing by 2pm. But it's chucking it down with rain now.

Nice time watching the rugby today - how I love the 6 Nations and world cups - yeah! Its later this year - woo!

Bedroom all done and chicken poaching nearly done now a la nigella alongside some spuds I think

Bathroom tomorrow and kitchen. Was going to go walking this weekend and now Iwould like a day at home where I can please myself and do some gardening, bit of pottering, ironing and generally feel pretty chilled and relaxed after the last 4 weeks of high stress levels.

Next weekend will go walking and visit mum

Dinner decluttered and back hall done, Bo should be happy tonight. Snowsuits now in the washing and once there dry i will pack them away in the attic. Utility room still a mess but it will be done tonight.

I need to ring CAB on monday and find out if we're allowed to swap rooms with DD. Our room is a single room and all our crap is in her room so we're forever in and out. She wants our room as it's smaller, warmer and beside the boys room plus her room would be her room (none of our crap in there). I feel crap even thinking about it because the big room was for her but we can't swing a cat in the room we're in now even when Rhys moves in with the boys we still couldn't get a wardrobe in. I just don't know if we're allowed to seeing it is a DFG that got the bedroom and i can find nothing about it on the web...:(

Right i best go get the DW on again. :)
