    Morning lovelies!

Happy Wedding Day seafarers! hope you have a wonderful day xxx

Hope the bus journey goes ok CY x

    Poor Japan :(

Lovely and sunny here today, the forecast snow didn't materialise yay! Ground is sodden tho so gonna need wellies on to feed the rabbits, splodge splodge!

Building site across the road (6ft away) was in full swing at 8.15 this morning, I don't know what's the matter with me but the noise/sight of the Manitou sent me into a seering rage, I just want one day off from it please. Anymore racket and I'll be up at that site office quicker than you can say 'we don't give a damn whether it's disturbing you or not' ...

Have to go into town today and do a food shop too, the cupboards are bare..........again! lol

I've tidied the horrendously un-tidy LR and kitchen/diner- how does it happen? Need to hoover and S&S the kitchen, WM is on.

Oh and littley isn't allowed to go on the 'already booked and paid for' holiday with her nana this year, thanks to the SATS! *there are no words*

Just flitting in to wish seafarers a lovely wedding day - I hope it all goes smoothly and that you get to enjoy some time as a couple before OH has to go back to work. xx

Less than 4 weeks to go until my wedding now, so excuse my absence from the thread as I'm starting to get stressed about all of the little things that have still to be done.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

DS dispatched to work, DD's breakfasted. OH has gone to B&Q for paint for the dining room - he has trashed this already with his 'preparation'!!!!!!!!

Washing nearly finished - DS's work uniform is next - it's been soaking all night!

embb - not sure what hours your building site is actually working, and it depends on your local Council, but below are what are generally considered to be reasonable hours for noise - but some Councils say no noisy equipment on a Saturday until 9.00 am for example - worth a check perhaps.
    • Weekdays - 7.00am to 7.00pm
    • Saturdays - 8.00am to 1.00pm
    • Sundays - No noisy work at all
juliejim - Hanley on a Saturday - that brings back memories!

Been a 'funny' week here - not as much flying as required, and very much fit it in as an when, but had a good session yesterday evening doing my weekly changing beds/towels/dog beds/bowls/sorting out airing cupboard and the like. Done 2 x WM and a couple of HHIs this morning catching up on some viewing - oh and the DW is all sparkly and ready for use again.

Now waiting for OH to declutter himself from bed .............
