    Here's the results of my 2 HHC. Thanks Pen for keeping me going!:-

    * loaded dishwasher with breakfast dishes
    * sorted darks, put in WM and put in powder and conditioner ready to set tonight before bed
    * put away ironed/dry clothing
    * made all the beds
    * tidied the rooms
    * vacuumed right through
    * cleaned the top of my bedside cabinet and sorted through gibble
    * done the bathroom top to bottom (and the toilet of doom too)
    * quick look through DS' toy box and found a couple of things to sling

    Not bad eh! Going to sit quiet for 30 mins now, then take the dog out for a walk before collecting DS from pre-school.

    Pen, how did you get on?

    Errrrgggghhhhh *opens eyes, squints at painful sunlight and shuts eyes again pdq *:eek:_pale_:doh:

    I had a rotten night; Mr LW was snoring so loud that I could hear him from the bathroom (needed bathroom break at 03:00), with the door shut, and without my hearing aid!:mad: Result – when he left for work this morning, I collapsed on the sofa and have only just regained consciousness!:eek::(

    Katiecat I hope your dad had a decent night, and is now on the road to recovery.:o

    Mumof2 Don't feel guilty! If you can pop by and wave occasionally, that's great – but you know it's not required that you post every day. Why not go back to babysteps, and do Level 1 every day, and try for Level 2 if you can, and take it from there, if you feel CHAOS looming? (((HUG)))

    Cat_smith sorry to hear about your friend; I hope it wasn't a bad stroke, and that she makes a full recovery.:o

    Triker Would a Wolfy (((HUG))) be any help at all with your nightmare stuff? Have you given the hamster a funeral yet, btw? (You asked to be reminded).

    Right, I'd better get my backside in gear and get on with the remaining tasks on the list.... I'm going to be cheeky and cross off one I always struggle big-time with, as I can't justify taking any more time.

    So..... list currently looks thusly:

    Thursday ~ Bathroom and WC
    Level One
    Level Two
    Level Three
    Wash light pull strings! (Painting with neat bleach works then rinse in a jug of water)
    Scrub down the paintwork and radiators.. back and front!
    Extras

    1. Polish mirrors and shelves!
    Friday ~ those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
    Level One
    Make an appointment for some ME-time.. hairdressers? manicure? night out with friends? .. whatever just do it! Slept most of Friday morning,:eek: so that surely must cover this!;)
    Level Two
    Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
    Level Three
    Clean 2 windows
    Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors
    Extras
    1. Wipe the radiators, skirtings and window & door frames!
    2. HHI
    3. End of week fling!! grab a binbag and fill it with stuff to leave the house.. rubbish or charity shop or to donate to a friend!
    If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    :o:o Hello Flygang! :hello:

    I have well and truly been MIA for months and months and OMG does my house know it!!! :o:(

    It is in a disgraceful state compared to what it used to look like when I was flying on here on a regular basis! Been suffering from 'messy head' hence 'messy house' syndrome for far too long I think!! Sooooo.........

    I need a good dose of pigpen's 'get a grip' and a couple of fluffy mules flung very firmly in my direction!!! *ducks*

    I'm going to stick up the list for the week :eek::eek::eek: and try and get all the Level Ones done over the rest of the afternoon and this evening.......:think: OMG what have I just done.....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Thinking of all the poor soles in Japan and the surrounding area. So relieved that DH is not there.

    Made the puncture on my bike whilst rushing home to collect a sick DS from school seem very trivial.
