Busy watching a bumblebee in a hellebore....................

Cross as well, just driven for 30 minutes to get DS1's golf club. Get home and they have ordered the wrong one. I have rang them and said that they can sort it out and make sure it is delivered to me and that they can collect the wrong one too.

Time for a cuppa and I bet my washing is dry as it is very blowy here. Think I'll set the ironing board up and see what is on the V+ box for me to declutter, maybe a 'who do you think you are' as I have the census to fill in.

Dusty - that kind of thing drives me insane! Hope you get it sorted.

I cleaned 5 windows (if you count the tiny window in the back door which, of course, I do:rotfl:). Also found some uPVC cleaner in the garage and am amazed at how grey some of the window frames were. They've come up pure white! Only problem is I'll have to do them all now but slowly, slowly catch the monkey!
  • LW - your video was cute :)

Haven't even glanced sideways at the list today ;) Been busy trying to sort out budget. Got loads of people coming over after school today, so will get kitchen sorted now and a quick s&s through the rest of the house, then either a) a run or b) feet up with a cup of tea watching NCIS....decisions, decisions! x

  • DW emptied and started to refill... why oh why oh why does my DH think it's okay to put on the DW when it's half full?? It's only a slimline as it is!
And I know he might read this later so.... PAULIE STOP IT!

Made chocchip muffins :) Tested for quality with a coffee :)
Plums becoming rivercottage hot and sour dipping sauce and jampote - Smells nice :)
Was tempted with the summerpudding - but I have a problem with my intestines which means no alcohol or I'd be in the hospital (Yeah I know, Only me! Who else would be allergic to alcohol!!) I couldnt think what to replace it with
Still need to do "something" with all my apples. I'd do crumble but not sure DH would eat it.

Have plum goop all over my stove now so will have to crack on soon :)

is Gorgeous :) How cute!! If ours do that I ask them "is it dead yet?" It's soo sweet to see such a little one going for it :)

Sorry if I've missed folk again - I've been replying for ages as the kitchen keeps calling me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    :T

Thanks for everyone's kind thoughts and words.

It took me a few hours to feel up to going back to garage. I saw the boss who I have been taking my cars to since my first one. He explained what is now wrong with my car and I have booked it back in for Monday. I explained about my Mum etc and said I needed a safe car etc. He assured me that it will be ok until it is fixed. He apologised for the hastle of yesterday. I'm too exhausted to find new garage at the moment.

Have been so under the weather and felt like I've been doing far too much running around Despite doing the lounge recently, I feel it looks a mess again already so avoiding some of the extras to keep the room ship shape as that is where we spend most of our time as a family and if its cluttered, we all seem to get a bit stressed.

I have 1 WM in, Some more laundry to put away (just me and DH as kids are clear). Had a poorly cat who has been urinating everywhere so that has meant much of the time i would spend on the house, i am spendign on him but then he needs it more than the house at the moment so I am forgiving him lol

Going to do tonights dinner (morroccan stew) in a bit so hopefully will have DW loaded and doing before I get kds from school and leave the house with a shiny snk. here's hoping :)
