  • Afternoon lovelies - thought it was about time I showed my face! Hope you are all ok. Haven't read back but have seen on this page that it's Artichoke and Cyclingyorkie's birthday to day so have one of these :bdaycake: each and as many of these as you want

Have kept up with the flying - well apart from our bedroom - you can write your name in the dust but it does look tidy!

Having more carp things happening here as usual but don't want to bore you all with it all. One thing that is happening I've posted on the benefits board; so any advice would be most welcome.

Much love sent as always to Toots and LL. Hug for anyone who wants/needs them. Will try and pop in more often xx

Thank you for joining me LittleMissHappy! How did you get on?
In my HHC I stripped down the beds/vacced them (not remade yet)
    Dusted the bedroom
"washed" the windows (can't actually wash them as the seals need redoing and they're a bit dodgy, so dusted them with the big spiky dusty thing instead)
    Decluttered the floor
Put some stuff away in cupboards that shouldn't be out
    and vacced the floor.
Just put some soup on pending wee son coming home from school and hubby's tum rumbling, but will continue after lunch.
Reminder to self... cork board for bedroom
Saving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Remember I'm doing it for Dad.

Hi all. Ooh, the list looks an easy(ish) one for me today;:T there's some that doesn't apply to me, and some that I need assistance with (so therefore has to wait til a weekend),;) so I may try to get a handle on tomorrow's as well, as that looks to be pretty demanding. I need to make some cheese straws first though, as Mr LW's pal is visiting this evening.

Many Happy Returns to Mumto5's DH – I hope the day goes well, as I gather a lot of organisation has been put in.:bdaycake:

LMH I hope Iggy has settled back at home. I'm sure the little chap will be better now he's back in his familiar environment.:o
Planning on doing nothing but dog walking today, I am overwrought!
Grateful what's up, mate? Anything a Wolfy (((HUG))) would help with? Re your friend's wedding, I'd have thought just attending the service would be fine – if it were me, I'd be pleased to see you there for what you can manage. Just my twopennyworth.:o
Artichoke Hoppy Birdday, also to Cyclingyorkie:bdaycake::bdaycake:
Poohbear glad your tests have come back OK.:T

Happierdays Ooh, poor Dogbot! Hope it all goes OK.:o

Got our jolly old census form yesterday, so we spent a while last night sorting out how to fill it in. Mr LW had to log onto his work laptop to see what his shiny new job title is:D (basically, he's still a Database Administrator, but they don't call it that anymore).*rolleyes*

I'm feeling a tad down, having had to look at the bit about health - it's the same as when I've filled in DLA forms, in that it makes you focus on problems that you usually just kick under the carpet and get on with what you have to do, iyswim.:(

Never mind, I'll be OK; going to have 'nuvver coffee and dust the bedroom dragons, I think.;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    Afternoon all

Bedrooms all done, two loads of washing out on the line (and it seems to be drying). Shopping delivered and all put away. Nearly time to start cooking. Hope everyone's OK.

Thanks, nothing really, frustrated with how extremely tired I am, but can't moan too much as at least I know it will pass soon, unlike some of my fellow flyladies.

Also there is a little family power struggle about to ensue...and I am determined to make sure I fight the last round in it, and win;)

DH thinks there is no struggle, but that's cos he's a man:mad:
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
  • Sockdrawer - got a bit carried away :o I've crossed out everything I have done on the list I posted on the previous page (lots in the bedroom except hoovering which I did before I picked up the cat as he has to stay in my room for the time being)
I have also decluttered more 'shroves'! My sister made me one for breakfast and then I made myself some for lunch - I will turn into one soon :D I was planning on having them for dinner, but I don't think I can now...
This afternoon I need to go for a run, quick tidy in the kitchen and maybe HHI if I can fit it in. Need to do all of that before 3.25 so best get a move on x
