GFH.. I managed through the whole day of SIL's wedding when Freja was 7 weeks.. we were both absolutely fine.. but if you don't feel you can manage the reception, which lets face it is a lot of sitting down and face stuffing.. I'm certain just going to the service she would be delighted with... that you made the effort to go see her married.. after all that is the important bit. Oh.. that reminds me.. one of SIL's friends turned up for the service and the reception (went home about 8) with a 4 DAY old baby!!

            Good morning folks
I am a bit late starting this week but had a very busy day yesterday. Can't walk without two sticks today :rotfl:
DS3 went through the living room for us while I was out yesterday so lots of brownie points for him. DS1 took me tile and door shopping. Spent far too much so I must rein in the spending.
I will be flying gently today and waiting in for DW repair person. WM has broken down too. Isn't that 'sods law' or something?
My aim in life is to have an uneventful week with nothing going wrong.
Brill news though is that my mammogram and ultrasound came back negative despite them terrifying me by finding 'something'. I heard back from them yesterday hence the decision to continue with plans and all the spending yesterday. I think I mentioned weeks ago that I was having tests but didn't say what they were. Still have an appointment at geneticist and if it can help someone else it is worth me going.
I haven't read back yet so will have a cuppa and some breakfast and try to catch up.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

            hi all
i am now 45 but with 2 young kids (5 and 6) i feel a little old and knackered. DS this morning said he does not want me to get old and die because he always wants to come up to our bed and cuddle me in the morning even when he is old and at big school.
Is today your birthday? If so then I hope you have a lovely day. Mine still come in my bed in the morning DS3(9)and DS2(14) everyday and DS1(17) very often in the evening. They love being in their chatting.gratefulforhelp wrote: »Can you guys help me with a little dilemma of etiquette please?
I am sure she would be fine, it is a much nicer offer than I can't come to the service but I'll come to the party. Please don't feel under any pressure as to whether you can cope with it all or not, we are all different as is each birth, newborn.poohbear59 wrote: »Brill news though is that my mammogram and ultrasound came back negative despite them terrifying me by finding 'something'. So happy for you. I did wonder last week with your past and you have been in my thoughts. Enjoy today.
 Cycling Happy Birthday to you
 Dailies done
 jeans on the line
front door mat about to go on the line (whatever one of the cats caught and ate in the night really did not agree with them)
Plan to get out in the garden again today so after my cuppa I'm going to do another HHC and then hope to get the wedding of the rose beds finished and maybe give the grass it's first cut of the year at the front. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Goodness, I'm just not that tough. It will be hot (hopefully) and exhausting and I know I won't have the stamina, or do I mean emotional energy to smile and be sociable for the whole day. And field the DDs.poohbear59 wrote: »Brill news though is that my mammogram and ultrasound came back negative despite them terrifying me by finding 'something'. Brilliant. I would still go on the basis that if you needed to go another time, you would be back to the bottom of the waiting list.
