    Hi All,
Can anyone help me ?? .... I am trying to estimate what my house price will worth in 2017. the reason is due to an ongoing divorce "battle" which our house is part of
I am currently a joint owner on a mortgage with my ex wife .. there is around £30,000 equity on the property currently but what will it be in 2017.
Any help would be greatly received

    Many Thanks

Nobody knows what your house will be worth in 6 months, let alone in 6 years!

Deposit for FTB: £81,000 ... and counting
  • If it is wife, wife's solicitor or your solicitor brandishing 2017 property value about, then tell the guilty party to stop being an IDIOT.

So many things could happen in the next 6 years which could affect house prices.
Quite, in 2007 prices were rising 10% per annum, in 2009 they were falling by 15% per annum, in 2010 they rose in the first half of the year and fell overall in the year by about 3% ... and teh OP wants to know the price in six years?

No-one knows what it is worth now. It is only worth what someone will pay for it and if it isnt currently under offer you dont know current value so I dont think you will ever know what it willbe worth in 2017.
