House prices in 2017 !!

Hi All,
Can anyone help me ?? .... I am trying to estimate what my house price will worth in 2017. the reason is due to an ongoing divorce "battle" which our house is part of
I am currently a joint owner on a mortgage with my ex wife .. there is around £30,000 equity on the property currently but what will it be in 2017.
Any help would be greatly received

Many Thanks

Difficult to see. Property prices I reckon will continue to fall for a fare few years due to being so over valued compared to wages. If we follow the Japanese model you might not even have that 30% equity by 2017.

They might be more, less, or exactly the same.

You could ask the house price forum.

It may be more, the same, or less. Hope I've been of use in this matter.

If it is wife, wife's solicitor or your solicitor brandishing 2017 property value about, then tell the guilty party to stop being an IDIOT.

So many things could happen in the next 6 years which could affect house prices.

I would argue its value would be less.
